Movie and DVD opinions.

I recently watched Battlestar Galactica: The Plan and the new Star Trek movie. Yes, I know. I'm way behind with Star Trek. But I did finally watch it.

So, BSG: The Plan. Personally, I loved it. BUT if you haven't seen it yet, there are a few things to keep in mind before you watch it. 1.) It is a complete retelling of the first two seasons

It didn't negate the previous Star Trek series and movies. It's not an either or. It's a divergence in the timeline, following the theory of multiple universes. This just allows the original crew to have NEW adventures, it doesn't mean the other adventures didn't happen or are less important. The Star Trek we know and love still exists in one universe, and this new one exists in another.

And somewhere... Captain Kirk is climbing a mountain.

Alternate reality works. But like I said, I really liked it and I'll go see any sequel they make. I just think it could have been done without changing the history.

But it is what it is and I'll just enjoy it.
