We're all allowed a few off days :) Good work on the cycling, pushups, situps and lunges :) Just take it easy and don't expect too much too soon :) And don't do extra workouts - it'll just make you more tired and then you'll lose motivation. :) In the meantime - good luck!

I think you are such an amazing person. I'm sorry that you were feeling down. I'm glad to hear that things are a little bit better. And i think your starting your exercise regimine at the hardest time of the year. Since its almost winter, and all of the holidays. So if u get through this then you will do just fine. But i just have to say dont deprive yourself of the wonderful treats, just figure out the small amount that you will allow yourself to have. So then you won't feel deprived. i love you, and i think your beautiful :)
i hope your feeling even better today. katie and i keep saying we are going to start some kinda exercise system thingy. hopefully we do soon and then all three of us can keep each other on track on top of your fitspiration. no worries, it'll happen. then we'll start that marathon stuff soon too. i love you. i also miss you tons already.
