There is no suffering in heaven, and no Evil. This is by definition. It is a perfect place. The free will defence of evil states that God created evil because it wanted us to have free will; that free will was more important than anything else. Or there's just no free will in heaven. Haven't you seen Dogma? Angels have no choice. They have to love God (or they were banished to Hell, thus removing evil from heaven). Humans were His favorites, so He gave them free will. Jason Lee, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Chris Rock explain everything you need to know about theology in that movie.
