He ran his free hand over the Noah's face, keeping the other on Tyki's shoulder as Zechs leaned forward, following the slumped motion. In a strained tone, he said with obvious truth, "He told me nothing but the fact you needed my self. That I must come, and your plight was something you had to tell me of."
If there was anything, anything he could think of in this moment at all - his voice was rough. "I am sorry, for you felt you must keep this from my self, and therefore I could not even support you. ... I wish I knew what to do."

"It's not...it's not because you're weak," he protested, and given the virus' grip on him, one could be certain he felt it was true. "I only didn't want to put you in a position where you'd want to help me and be unable to. I...I was wrong. I should have told you the moment it started getting worse. But maybe I didn't want to think about it at all."
