He had come with almost nothing, and he would leave with almost nothing.

After meeting with Principal Washburn, Tyler walked quickly, calmly back to his room. He crammed only a few clothes and his worn Anarchist's Cookbook into a bag.

After a debate with himself -- say goodbye, or just get gone? -- he left Alec a note.
