i got an interesting phone call today, from my darling, asinkApparently half of his apartment building burnt down due to an electrical fire. hes ok, thank god, but still. his apartment is apparently still structurally sound. ironically, his half of the apartment is by far the rattier of the two

Jesus H Christ...Both of our boys are having an interesting time of it.

ascendeddaniel was in a bad car accident yesterday, leaving us both rather rattled. Especially when he called me and said that he wasn't ok but would be, and I said "define OK," and he said that he had to go because the ER nurse was calling him in now. So I got no details until this morning!!

That's so weird. I know a guy who was having problems with his A/C last week and had to turn it off. Come to find out when the repairman came that it could've burned down the house if he'd left it on any longer.

yeah. earlier today he was complaining about how a bunch of his fuses blew. i gotta wonder if they didn;t save his appartments butt.
