Okay, not a big gripe but a gripe nonetheless.

I work at a pet store and for the most part (98% of the time I am the cashier. On more than a few occasions I answer the phone, as does everyone else when not swamped with every conceivable question known to mankind. But I digress

I...could see a parent wanting to teach their kids responsibility about handling phone calls and all that, but have them try it out on relatives! NOT businesses! JumpinJesusonaPogostick.

Speaking of, I need to teach Kieran how to use 911 in an emergency....hmmm.
