I believe my landlord does.

I believe they're associated with the space and the individual/business though.

Most nonprofits can acquire event-based single use licenses with relative ease. I don't know if that helps. What do you need one for?

There are all sorts of different licenses, permits, and certifications involved in liquor - there are licenses to distill, to distribute, to sell for consumption on premises, to sell for consumption off premises, etc. Not that I personally have any of these, but perhaps I could point you in the right direction?
