I read that article on the national news! That's insanity. I wonder if the person who booted the ambulance can be charged with something? What if the patient hadn't made it because of that? :(

Felony extortion, reckless endangerment, tampering with/damaging city property. Etc. Etc. Thats just fromthe city. The pt and his family could still sue.

SO MUCH FAIL, OMG. Can't freakin' believe this. Surely there are LAWS about this, beyond the basic stupidity of obstructing frigging emergency services!

At least it sounds like it wasn't TOO detrimental this time, and maybe this can serve as a warning to morons who want to do the same? :/
