UMMMM, hmm. Duotrope is free for, uh, two more weeks - I think they do poetry searches as well as story ones? Online anthologies are probably the best place to start, but I'm even shakier on the rules for poetry than I am for short fiction. :x And photography I have no idea, augh! D:
