Notes: Um. I wrote this at work the other day, because the shop was that dead. There isn't any greater meaning. It's quick and rough, typed pretty much exactly as I wrote it out. gimmick_game has kindly read it over for me.

( Serizawa Naoto sighed, following behind his boss Nakanishi Hiromichi and his boss’s old friend and former partner Kashiwabara Yasutaka as they made their way to some curry restaurant that Naoto had never heard of. )

Okay, I should actually leave a comment of substance for once. Let's see -

Things I loved: Koichi is right on the mark. Though I kind of had to laugh at 'This is my face' because Ohno says that too in his new drama and the Ohno and Nino parallels just crack me up sometimes. Ahem. Then with Naoto, that introspective 'what have I done?' vibe that you get from him - constantly on edge because his past haunts him. Oh dear.

Other than that, I'd say the only thing that threw me off was Naoto actually going back to the curry restaurant every night, because I thought, "Hey there! You don't have good ideas! Try and figure things out through the source. You don't do real detective work! You just run around and be angsty and PRETEND you're a detective when you're really an angry cop!"

But, you know, that can't be helped. :D :D <3

I suppose I should have included that I pretty much forced a gap of a week between Kumada's murder and the next to make this fit in. Oops XD

I seriously don't even have a reason for it happening otherwise. Which I probably should have thought about, but the pen ran away with me.

But Toma and Nino ...and ^__^ yes echoing thoughts about the paralels between Nino and Ohno ... I like it a lot.
