Amen! I agree with everything you say. It's interesting how we as Americans can be prude about some things like letting "the gays" marry, but it's okay for two women to kiss. It's actually encouraged and flaunted through public media (I'm looking at you, Fox TV). But if two guys kissed? People would be like, "Jesus, Mary and Joseph! Think of the children!" and divert their eyes to two women (not necessarily ones that are in love with each other) kissing and making out.

The double-standards completely elude me.

I really really hate that song. Josie and I were discussing it last night as we were walking into Fallout. That was the girl I came in with, by the way.

i definatly agree with the attention grabbing. because of girls that do it for that reason, i always feel the need to be overly cautious about kissing any girl i have found cute. there have been far too many times i would be kissing a girl that i thought dug me as much as i dug her, then as soon as she sobbers up it's all,"what are you doing?! i'm straight!"

i do disagree with the cheating thing, depending on who you are with. you are entitled to your opinion, because i have had this debate with several people, bi, straight and gay. i think it depends on who you're with. i think if they are okay with it, it should be fine. of coarse i draw the line if they are only okay with it if they get to watch. i think doing it for a mans entertainment is just plain degrading.

i find nothing wrong with a consensual extra partner, shared or not. it's about honesty between two people not what they are doing. i was talking about the girl who gets drunk and fucks around with girls and gets upset that her man has a problem with it.
