I got a haircut yesterday. My grades came in today. The sleepless nights of yesterday are past. And rather unexpectedly they even paid off: I got all A's this term. I can't wring much pleasure from this, but at least its there. At a bare minimum, I can claim a rhetorical victory over my previous years of fucking up. Go me.

Thanks. My mood is actually not as dour as that post might indicate. I'm spending Christmas back home in Gresham. (Never left, really. [I go to Portland State.]) But I'm more than happy to have a few weeks off.
