I'm waiting for counter space so I can start my recipes for tomorrow's FoodFest. Toar is prepping his friend Mark's Piccadilly Carrot Souffle and making cheesecakes. Tonight I'll start Chantilly Potatoes and creme brulees. I'm thinking half of them Godiva and the other half Baileys. And that reminds me my stepdad David Bailey is bringing the turkey

Sometime during the season I am going back to making pies, like chess pie and my cranberry apple pie, but tomorrow: baked apples with caramel sauce...my friend Amy and I already did that earlier in the week.
