your making a good decision to quit smoking and drinking. i just quit smoking on new years, it was my resolution to quit smoking everything, and i have succeeded in that at least for the last 3 days. you should hang out with quality people, dont force yourself to hang out with people you dont want to be around, its bad for you to do things of that nature. what do you mean. i just quit everything exept for the ocational shiting of my face. but other than that i think i am doing good. at the new years count down i had my last drag on a cigarette and that was it. i spent the last second of 2004 smoking. and i will spend the rest of 2005 and beyond cigarette free.
