His is an eventful. . . unlife.

Wesker is just out walking, trying to clear his head. He's left the hunter's charm untouched since he died. It's a risk, of course, but a calculated one. His trail can be followed freely, for all he cares; he's killed no one ( Read more... )

Buffy's moving rapidly through the streets, a stake digging splinters under the skin of one hand.

She's not at her most observant right now.

But she's not blind either; she stops short, eyes straining against the darkness, and calls, "Who's there?"

Good heavens, it's a patrol of SPEEDINESS!

Wesker froze to see if she was being pursued, or pursuing something; he's a little surprised he was seen.

"Albert. What's wrong?" Nothing but concern in his voice.

"What?" Buffy blinks at him, uncomprehending. "Wrong?"

She moves toward him, squinting, and adds, "Am I interrupting patrol?"

"You seemed tense when you came into the area." Wesker shakes his head. "No, I was just. . . out on my own rounds."

And someone was wandering the area. A familiar man to the skulking hunter, the forth Survivor wandered out into the street with his eyes slightly lowered and his tactical uniform half on. It seemed he was just preparing for a stroll.

Pulling on his tactical vest, HUNK groaned and began locking all the buckles, hooks and zippers together before heading forward. Unlike his last adventure, this time he brought his TMP with him in case an attack arose from another being other than Wesker.

"..Urg," he murmured and rubbed the back of his neck as he began his patrol.

He isn't the one being shadowed, this time. Wesker is distracted by someone he sees on a high roof, and is mostly unaware of his presence.

Which actually means HUNK is likely to spot him first.

HUNK paused and eyed the man he had had an interesting encounter last time he had ventured. But he made no indication of it and instead he just stood tall and focused his tired gaze on the other man.

"Sir," the Survivor waltzed up to his captain and bowed his head. "I've patrolled this area; should we move to the next, or would you like to continue your conversation? I can wait."

Wesker reminds himself that distractions are often fatal. He's fortunate.

"Nothing unusual seems to be moving tonight." He indicates the way onward with a jerk of his head. "There were a few vampire Magog stirring around the edges of your territory, but they moved outwards."

He remembers Beckett claiming those were edible to vampires. It's going to be a while before he's that hungry.
