What is wrong with my ipod? I thought everything was going fine... I actually got my computer to recognize it, I transfered all the songs I wanted to this particular computer, and even got them to begin to download. Then, all of a sudden, the error message pops up, and there are even fewer songs on my ipod, again. somehow, it has lost around 100 ( Read more... )

I have been trying for about 9 hours, literally, to fix my ipod. I even got a genius bar appointment, and that was at 1 o'clock, and they told me that everything on my ipod was fine, but then I spent hours trying to figure out how to reset everything, and how to get the right software... But cross your fingers, I changed USB ports, and everything, hopefully, is going well. I am at 1600 songs, out of 3400 or so... which is much better than the 50 or so that I was able to before changing usb ports.
