I hate it how certain things will remind you of people you used to know and who treated you badly. Even if its just a song or the way someone laughs...Then you start thinking about said person and things start spiraling into some big evil spirally mess.

Don't get stuck in evil spirally messes! Remember that whatever shit happened, it's behind you. You're in Scotland for god's sake! Going out drinking at the pubs, taking pics of the laddies in their plaidies for me. Does life get any better?
