i had a terrible postmodedrn nightmare just now hin which i was trying to break out of this..well i went to a film and it turned out to be an induction into a fascist society which controls entirely by creating layer after layer of media.. i kept trying to break out a nd become alone but people kept piling obligations on me "ross, go to college!" "ross, get a job!" "ross, buy this DVD!" everyone seemed to mean well but they were all programmed by the media thing.. it's been awhile since i've had one of t hese floridly paranoiac dreams.

it was terrifying because it was so real
but it's okay because we create all of this ours elves
