Finally: pictures from France
Finally I've managed to get a hold of all the pictures I got from France. So, without further ado, here they are:
Days 1-4 in Paris:
Driving into Paris, stuck in the infuriating traffic, I had nothing better to do than take pictures. This is our first view of the Sacre Coeur.

The lines to go up the Eiffel Tower were foreeeeever long. We waited about an hour, and that was a relatively short time; when we started waiting, the line was about half this length.

Days 4-5 in Le Havre:
Beach in Le Havre.
Some funky building in Le Havre; I think it was supposed to be a Culture Centre, or something like that.

Days 5-6 in Amiens:
The cathedral in Amiens.
Amazing architecture.
Those gargoyles are a bit... scary.
People without heads. Carved onto the Amiens cathedral. Scary much?
Other things I've managed to do this week include passing the driving exam and getting my license! Yay! It feels absolutely incredible not having to worry about bus schedules, and being able to get to places in less than half an hour. I've only managed to shut the car down five times, and none of those times have been in the last three days. I'm starting to understand how our car works! On Tuesday I have my theory exam for truck driving, so I really should go study now... wish me luck!
