I find that if I don't and I'm grilling them they burn before they reach that perfect crisp/tender balance.

Mikey likes the idea of it, but would also probably have to take out the fish burps part.

I had the fish burps part of the salmon once at Victoria's and it turned me off salmon for a good long while.

Many people fail to remove that dark strip. If you are a fan of canned tuna then you probably like the dark strip. If not... well, you are not alone.

I just cook it with the skin on, and then don't eat it. :> It peels off a lot easier that way!
