OH, you are on a roll.....and I loved this chapter. If the three of them can work at being a family then this will be a win win. Can't wait to see if Cam can be so easy to persaude. Perfect, making Rodney the one to introduce. I hope Cam can see this would be the best for all. He might have to share, but he would have a relationship with John.

OMG I'm so SO thrilled with this development! Honestly I had to stop reading halfway through, thinking that things were going to go badly, but once I picked it up again I love where it went. I really liked the way John came to his conclusion; while it was a little "under duress" due to Rodney's conviction about the situation, I think John would have only thought (and felt) that deeply about the matter after being forced to do so -- as he noted, he tended to procrastinate on the big decisions. I love how brave Rondey was putting it all on the line for what he knew was right for himself and for John, too. Especially given what he saw of his own father's life, it made perfect sense

Thank you for the long comment. I think that John rarely makes decisions without being "under duress" so it's good that Rodney put the pressure on him

Oh my god. That last line kills me. I just can't stop laughing hysterically; every time I think I have it under control, I think about it and start again.

It good that John realizes that he needs and loves both Rodney and Cameron (in differing manners). However, while John thinks the new development is good, I don't think Cameron will have the same viewpoint. Cam will put on a good show, but on the inside (and perhaps with John's brother's family) he is going have a negative reaction.

I agree that Cam is going to be the challenge here. Now I just have to figure out what he's going to do.

It's getting more and more interesting. I can sense another upcoming confrontation between Rodney and Cam. Oh, and your description of Andrew reminds me of White Collar's Mozzie.

Hm. I've never seen White Collar, but I'd be interested to know how you make the comparison between a con man and a theoretical physicist.

I actually think the next confrontation is going to be between John and Cam.
