So, remember that story about Loki as a horse?  Well they wanted me to move to the overflow post on norsekink, but I was tired of proving I was a human every damn post, so I moved it here.  I'll post it all as a full, cleaned-up fic here when I'm done.

Man, Thor is really bad at politics. The sad thing is that he and the alien prince seemed to hit it off.

Yeah, Thor is astoundingly bad at politics. That was actually one of my main problems with Thor the film - Odin's way of discussing peace was much more that of a ruler than a warrior king and it seemed as though Asgard had been at peace for some time. It seemed like a giant oversight that he'd clearly taught Thor so little about being a good ruler.
