Those are absolutely WONDERFUL photos! Beautiful! I'm quite jealous! My great-grandfather was from Edinburgh, so it's on my list of places I need to see some day.

Edinburgh is GORGEOUS. This was the 2nd time I'd been, and it remains one of my favorite places ever.

great pictures! did you love your trip? I loved Scotland, I didn't see if you got up to the Isle of Skye? my husband made this little cartoon of our trip to the UK/Ireland. It was basically "tall old thing, pay money, climb up to top, take pictures". heh.

I loved loved loved the trip. I went to the UK by myself a few years ago, but going back was just as fantastic.

On my first trip I really only went to Scotland because I was travelling the area and figured I should go while I was there, and ended up loving it the most.

Didn't get to the Isle of Skye, unfortunately.
