Alaska has become the site of one of the most controversial events the US government has gotten involved in since Clinton and Monica. Basically, Dubya wants to drill oil out of the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge to reduce our country's dependence on foreign oil. There is a reported 16 billion barrels of crude in ANWR, most of which is inaccessible
