Need an apartment in Albany?

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on a 2 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom apartment. It's a second floor apartment in the Danker Village apts off of Washington Ave. in uptown. It's a very safe and quiet neighborhood with on and off street parking

I have no complaints with the manager since he's always been really good when I've had to contact him about paying the rent or anything. He's used to having students living in the apartments.
Maintanence is another issue; they're usually pretty good if you need them right away for a plumbing or lock emergency (my lock froze earlier this semester and they were at my door within 5 min), but other times it can be like pulling teeth.

I also wanted to reply to the noise complaint on that site. I don't know what they're talking about; they may have lived in the apts facing Lincoln Ave, but mine is in a circle on the inside of the complex, so I don't get any traffic noise.

I'd also like to add that most places there don't have good ratings, as it seems it's just disgruntled people trying to put in a bad word. My complex, the New Elouise, is 100% wonderful, and they have a 43% on that site.

When do you need someone to take over the lease?

The apartment will be available at the end of May, following graduation. My roommate and I will be out by the last week of May so it will be possible to move in before June 1st.

The current lease ends on Aug. 31st and it will be up for renewal at that time.
