I've decided that my week goes from Saturday to Friday. Screw the rest of the world and their Sunday to Saturday.
Since it seems that Brotherj and I are no longer sharing meals (nothing has been said, but since Brotherj went and bought groceries and has made several meals of which I can't share, I'm guessing that sharing is over.), I won't have to cook or spend as much in food.
Now when I make something with 6 servings, I might actually get 6 meals.
While tonight isn't part of my New Week - I still have to eat - so it's going to be tofu scramble.
NEW WEEK Cooking Schedule:
Saturday:
making cheeze for lunches
making lunch 'meat' for lunches
making black bean chili and
pumpkin corn bread for dinner, and peanut butter banana cookies for a sweat.
Sunday the folks are driving over the mountain and taking us to lunch. I expect to have leftovers to eat the rest of the day.
Monday:
lunch is a sandwich and fruit
Dinner is leftover something
desert is cookies
snack is popcorn
Tuesday:
lunch is a sandwich and fruit
Dinner is leftover something
desert is cookies
snack is popcorn
Wednesday:
lunch is a sandwich and fruit
dinner is West African Spinach with a Spicy Peanut Sauce over rice - except I'm using Kale.

Thursday:

Where's breakfast? Generally I don't eat breakfast while unemployed. Or in other words - lunch is my breakfast.
