So I've noticed some of my posts can be found in a google search so not to incorporate the name of my work place in case I say something that represents me and not the workplace, I will just not name it and most of you know where I'm talking about. And if they show up anyway, disclaimer these are my views, not the workplace's views

Have you ever considered friend-locking your entries? It may help to keep them from coming up on searches and being so public.
