If I, UbdU, am ever permanently unable to wipe my own rear, pull the plug, please.
- This includes paralysis, accidental or intentional dismemberment, revivification of my brain after decapitation, and/or laziness.

Otherwise, don't touch my portable hospital machinery on pain of the Evil Eye.

I had a Death & Dying class in undergrad, for which I drafted (among other things) a living will, a DNR, and my own eulogy.
