Well this spring break will be composed of me working, working out... and thats about it. Cause I have this sneaking suspicion that I have no friends. I never get calls, except from coleen once in a while, but I need to call her too... I hate to play the blame game but I aint to blame...

When I was talking to the personal trainer... she said that you need to switch up your work out all the time so your body doesnt adjust and compensate. Basically force your body not to be lazy. I am now at the fine weight of 242 from 246. I lost 4 lbs. boo ya.

I joined the Gym today. Golds Gym to be exact. I worked out and everything. When I got there this morning, the sign up guy was kinda weird... Everybody that works there is happy.
