I watched his concession speech and felt pretty emotional. He was fabulous... and I could sit here and cite reasons why he lost but I'd rather just try and recover from his loss and try to put to good use his words of wisdom ( Read more... )

Kerry tried his best. The Democrats as a party tried their best. And we tried our best, but Bush has been selected to stay in office for another four years (fair and square) by the majority of American voters.

Blame the conservatives, blame the entire Bush administration, blame a Republican conspiracy, blame the potential young voters who chose to remain indifferent in this election...I will be very angry if ANYONE who voted Republican attempts to utter a single complaint about the government over the next four years. They could have "voted for change", but they didn't.
