Not much to recall, but dreamed I was hanging out with some friends, and smoked a joint. Afterward, I felt great remorse, wondering why I had done that. Then I woke up and was relieved to find that I hadn't, in fact done so. Whew!

Oh, yeah. I got another 3 friends to want to go out and buy this. It's too much fun.

I just got back from a terrific weekend in North Carolina. I went to a friend's family's house on the Outer Banks to join in an annual debauch. We're mostly gaming geeks, loving games of all types, board, electronic and otherwise, and we definitely got our geek on. Coming up very soon, I may need to find another place to live. If that happens, I can see no way to stick with my current position, unless I get a VERY substantial raise. There's nowhere around here affordable for me. So... off to Blacksburg? Or maybe upstate New York, if VA doesn't work out? I don't know. More to come.

So Nancy, our logistics manager at work, who has made my life so much better since she started working with us, has gotten a better job and moved on. I'm very happy for her, but oh, so sad for me.
