more money and insurance? what are you waiting for, an invitation??? go get it now! a half hour is nothing, you can listen to crafty podcasts while you are driving. or call your sister on your t-mobile mobile to mobile minutes. insurance is worth it. as is a job that maybe has a little more stability (your management is crazy). good luck! :)
