i LOVE medication!! after suffering for the past two days, i am finally feeling a little better. which means a lot. it means that i am not just sitting on the couch, drifting in and out of sleep and drooling all over my pillow in massive amounts. i don't remember strep throat hurting this much when i was little.

we found out today that john's parent's are bringing us on a cruise around christmas time! we had talked about it before but now it's all booked and everything!! we're going to the bahamas from dec 31st til jan 6th!!! i was kinda disappointed because they had talked about going to belize and i think that sounds way cooler than "the bahamas" ( ( Read more... )

john got a new job!! i'm so happy for him! he's going to be the administrative assistant at the minneapolis international school, which is almost 100% east african immigrant students. i think it sounds interesting and he's finally out of barnes and noble!! and now we both have weekends off!!! yay!
