Oh, and according to the White House this is a milestone. You know what? It almost certainly is. Just not in the way Dubya the remnants of his entourage may have imagined.

If I were in the Bush Administration, I'd be looking at Iran and saying, "Hey.. what if we shave off Saddam's beard and leave him with a mustache, topple the Iraqi government with the CIA, and install Saddam but with a different name? We can so spin that!"
