Cardio your ass off to start with. Build yourself up until you can go for half an hour on one of those machines (elliptical, bike, or treadmill), although I don't think that will be a problem since you've been walking or biking regularly for awhile

Cardio for at least 25 minutes (tready or elliptical or bike?) Abs (I'm gonna shoot for 3 reps of 25 to start) either on machine we used the other day or the ball? Rotate arms and legs--with machines or weights
Maybe catch a class if we feel like it? I'm gonna have to look at that schedule again. I can't remember what was on it. But I was kinda interested in that Core one?
