Today's worktime entertainment was my very first effort at subversive character fiction, as inspired (at least partially) by shadowofsadness and newsmantim.

Maybe I should back up a bit.

Item: Several weeks ago, I received a copy of a letter from Wayne Barnard, dean of students, directed at all the newly elected student leaders. The letter was truly an amazing document

Thanks. Unfortunately, though, I seem to need inspiration in the form of irritation or other silliness (for the prime example of this kind of humor, see Not My Desk.

If I receive any replies to the letter from Watson or Bernard (I emailed it to them both from a yahoo account), I'll be sure and post them.
