Today I saw King Arthur. Fun, but totally historically inaccurate! I must rant on for a bit about it to satisfy myself. Annoyingly, some guy with a pronounced Southern accent was sitting right behind me guffawing loudly at the sexual jokes. The Passion thing is really funny. I want to do a political (religious?) cartoon or two about the whole thing just to be contrary. The Once and Future King is worth finishing, but I'm being a hypocrite because I haven't finished it either. I'm reading Les Miserables right now, and it's good too. TOLSTOY IS MY HERO. But I'm going off-topic, check uberpoet for more...

Anna, go here Movies in 15 Minutes. They've got really funny parodies of King Arthur, Harry Potter, Troy, etc. You have to join the community before you read them, but you an browse through the icons. Joining isn't all that hard. Just go to the userinfo page and there should be a link. It may take some hunting. The parodies are a bit mature, but they're all really funny. One of my favorite quotes of the one for King Arthur: "Pagans aren't deserving of the Lord's H2O!"

It's uh... Mel Gibson , actually. I'm sure I'd enjoy Mel Brooks' interpretation of the passion of christ.
