How is it possible to be busier when you are unemployed than you were when you were employed?

Quick poll...I am knackered. Should I -

A. start painting
B. Go to the pub for a pint and a read up on art
C. go for a nap?

Out of those three, when I'm feeling tired - I will always say nap (and most times when I'm not feeling tired as well...)
