obama's healthcare - scare

i did some poking around to see just what was in the proposed reform. the article i found through yahoo news had me wondering whose agenda the writer might have been following, as well as irritation that the actual content of the healthcare plan was not in evidence.

so, i googled it, and found something called 'What's Really in Obama's Health

maturity doesn't seem to be in the cards either. people love yelling and not listening.

i'm not sure if this reform is for the best or not but healthcare is becoming unaffordable and it would be nice if there was an option out there for those of us who can't scrape the $ together or are between jobs.

my only beef on free healthcare for illegals is that we would be supporting a helluva lot of people on that that aren't paying into it. but - if they are having taxed wages too, i see no problem. (just thinking about how we can hardly support our own citizens & are unstable enough as it is. we should try and get that together first perhaps?)

still, i hate how ppl want to shoot obama's ideas down just because they want him to fail. D:

I must admit, I pretty much fail when it comes to paying attention to politics. I used to get so frustrated with it, and, well, kind of gave up and started focusing on things that seemed more immediate to me.

I definitely agree with you here, though. Washington makes it hard for people to pay attention or give a damn when no one can understand what's going on anyway. It breed apathy, and then people wonder why society is degenerating. They keep the stupid too stupid to care, and confuse the intelligent with word puzzles and mysterious language.

I get pissed thinking about it. I've shut it all out in my mind for far to long. :/
