i thought about it for a long time.

what drives people to do total lockdown on their journals and keep it friends only? do they have that many secrets? do they like... use it as a status symbol that they can hand out? are they having pesky stalker problems or merely anticipate them? are they maybe just paranoid?

My journal is friends only because I am paranoid that people I don't want reading it will find me. Hm, that makes me sound kind of like a hypocrite. Ugh, there is no escaping.

I miss you. :( I hope that things are going well... things on this end have been a bit on the crap side, to be honest. Paranoia and disappointment with humanity, added with racing thoughts and that damnable persistent hope that I can find a stable romantic relationship have all combined into one big clusterfuck of emotions... but mostly depression.

Bah, sorry for the rather unhappy mini-update... But I just wanted you to know that I was thinking of you.
