In other news I completed my first normal fondant covered cake, I was better at it than I thought I would be and discovered you can make a lot more money doing fondant cakes lol

Here is what the customer showed me she wanted (from another local bakery starting at over $300)except in blue etc for a boy

You are a talented gal! My sister also, makes cakes, but doesn't use fondant. I actually have no idea how it tastes... good?

I've actually always loathed fondant and have always just done buttercream but I finally had to give in. It's fun but tastes like crap in my opinion. . . .
