I love, love the ending. So appropriately Ripper-Giles, and so fun to play the role reversal.

Your grasp of the characters and their voices shines clearly in this chapter when Xander arrives. I could hear and see each of them and everything fits them so well - very true to each man. Snape meeting Xander also works so well and seems absolutely appropriate. A bit awkward, but accepting. It just all works.

I really enjoyed this entire story. Giles and Snape work really well together, and you balance their growing relationship really well with everything else that is going on in Giles' life. We see it unfold as a part of his life with Buffy, Willow and even Xander for they are his family. Well done from start to finish on all levels.

Now, all you have to do is have Xander find his man and his own happiness. :-D

Thanks! I love Xander, and was so happy to finally be able to fit him in and have him play the awkward-with-Giles-being-gay card.

I also think it's important to have the other characters there, and I'm glad you liked it. Just because it's slash doesn't mean the Buffy and Willow fell off the face of the earth.
