The Return of V

I remember not liking V when it originally ran on TV.  Of course, I was also in my 'too cool for TV' phase back then.  But is it just me or did the original series kind of suck?

Still, it's a brand new day for V with the relaunched series starring both Morena Baccarin and Alan Tudyk.  Yep, with that casting, they're pretty much making me watch.

I vaguely remember V - just mostly about the reptiles eating mice and how gross that was.

Still, I loved old school BSG and the reboot that just ended on Sci-fi, so I'm willing to give it a chance.

I hope it's like BSG and becomes excellent upon reboot (it's the guy who did 4400, but I have no idea how that was).

I haven't seen any of the old show, but I think that's just as well. Means it'll all be brand new shiny stuff :D

I adored V - but then it was a long time ago, and I probably wasn't very critical!

If you like Tudyk - and he is good - have you seen the Heath Ledger film "A Knight's Tale"? It's a stonking film, good ensemble playing, and Tudyk is just great.

I was all punk and not into TV as a teen, so I may not have given it a fair shake.

I have seen 'A Knight's Tale' and quite enjoyed it - I need to watch it again.
