ComicCon must be so much fun to actually go to if just reading the info coming out of it is this good. So much that could be talked about, but here are the three movies I'm most excited about (and a bit of Whedony love).

I'm thrilled that Jamie Bamber of BSG will be in a Dollhouse episode in season 2! Now they just need to get Katee Sackoff in there ( Read more... )

How funny that there's another! I hadn't heard of that one, probably because it's not scifi and didn't have a panel and everything at ComicCon. It looks good - I like what that director did with Chicago.

Every Tim Burton film starring Johnny Depp should be named after his character. It was done properly in Edward Scissorhands and Sweeney Todd, but there would have been more truth in advertising if Corpse Bride and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory had been called Victor Van Dort and Willy Wonka. Ever since Pee Wee he's been all about creepy man children, and the Mad Hatter's the latest. If they do a biopic about Michael Jackson, I hope they get Tim Burton to direct it.

That having been said, yeah, Alice looks awesome. I'm so happy he's telling an entirely new tale with an older Alice rather than simply adapting the original. Giving Willy Wonka a backstory ruined "Charlie" for me.

Yes! He's going to be the true lead, so go ahead and make that clear up front.

It does look good - I like the visuals of the The Red Queen too, and I expect HBC will bring it as she usually does.

Yes, and I can't wait - some good scifi for a change.

&HUGS& you
Thank you for sharing Alice's trailer. I had been wanting to see it, but hadn't searched! :) I will be in line to view that when it comes out. I adore JD and that story, although the Queen frightens me a bit.
hahahaha

It's one trailer that's not been that readily available, so I was happy to find this SciFiWire one.

I can't wait to see it either!

I know! I've been seeing some movies this year, but only 'Moon' was really good, so I'm looking forward to these.
