I thought the whole point was sacrifice?

To that end, I gave up baking. It's not like I have a lot of time to actually bake anything these days, but the idea that I can't is starting to make me twitch, and it's only been four days. I might not last 'til Easter.

Maybe we should trade.

Would it be breaking the rules if you didn't technically bake but rather gave me very, very specific instructions while teaching me to bake?

I think I could swing that. I could probably even help, a little bit. See, that's not baking for my own pleasure, it's teaching. That's not at all the same.

And I have met your husband, but I try very hard not to think about him that way.
