I know exactly how you feel. I remember in my last job (that I was at for 3 and a half years) when I left, they asked me if I really thought I could make more money elsewhere. I wanted to punch my boss in the face right then and there. Being a professional sucks sometimes. After I left, the project I was working on completely fell apart. I guess nobody else knew enough about it to keep the damned thing going.
