I moved this weekend. Moving up from an apt to a house :-D. It's kinda funny, I told one of my friends from Davis that I'm moving into a house, and he was kind of weirded out that I had ever NOT lived in a house. I guess it's more common to rent out houses in Davis than live in an apt. Just a curious aside to the whole living situation

I don't remember the last time I commented in your journal! Wow. I usually hold my my "comment click" until I have something worthwhile to say anyhow. Not that I don't care how you're doing, of course.
I just thought it quite coincidental that I have almost the same arrangement about having a house in the Sacramento area! Should I have gone to UC Davis for undergrad, there would be a house waiting for me in Roseville (after I kick out the current tenant, of course). Same deal for if I should EVER get accepted to medical school at UC Davis! Oh, the possibilities.
The thing I like about Sacramento-area houses are that they are exactly that, instead of these smooshed new "homes" popping up in the Bay Area.
Anyway, it sounds like you're doing well. :-)
