I forgot to mention the UCLA vs USC game was this weekend. I was drunk pretty much Thursday-Saturday, which is probably why it slipped my memory. I went with the DSP guys to SC on Friday and spent the night. The game sucked, but whatever. It was fun overall and it was really awesome catching up with the guys. I did something today that scared me
Today I got a position as a research assistant for a research project on childhood anxiety. It will involve observing children on the playground and coding their behavior, some data entry, assisting in administering interviews, and transcribing interviews. I'm super excited to finally be taking a step in some direction, even though I'm still not ( Read more... ) -

Turkey Day update
Thanksgiving was so great here. I got back Wednesday night and hung out with Thomas. Thursday myself and the fam went for a walk on the beach with the Alfreds. Football and poker till dinner time. Good weekend
This weekend was really great. Friday was 11/11, and thus a party was held in Room 11 starting at 11:11am. Thomas and David came up right in time. Cancelled plans = relaxing Saturday
So I was supposed to be in Arizona right now for the UCLA vs. Arizona game, but I have taiko practice tomorrow at 11am and no one is coming back that soon. Meh, I was kinda disappointed but whatever. So tonight was supposed to be our first practice for taiko. They told us to dress warm and comfortably for intense physical exercise and not eat too much at dinner.
