Things are good. We got back from Puerto Vallarta last Monday, and I started in the new lab this most recent Monday. As of right now, it looks like I'll be revisiting the lymphoma side of things (i.e. my year as a tech) during some reading to try and carve out the beginnings of my thesis research. Ugh -- and I can relate on the "being talked about behind my back" thing... This little biotch of a GUY at my old job at the TV station was spreading rumors about me too. Obv. no one believed him, because anyone who knows me knows I'm not the way he was perceiving me to be. It's just so juvenile. Are we still in high school? Seriously. But, I'm glad I'm outta there; my NEW JOB is awesome, and I love it. =)

Ugh, I hate gossipers, especially those who talk about lies. And you're right about the "adult" thing - most "adults" I know really shouldn't be since they don't (or can't) act like one.

Yay for signing your lease and passing your prelim!!! Congrats :)
